The “CODRUL” firm was founded in 1992 in the base of the production cooperative “CODRU” from Dubasari already existing in 1990 with 100% private capital. The “CODRUL” firm went the way of developing from performing the intermediate services up to the firm that created its own structure of daughter firms with different types of activity, namely: building, commerce and providing services for physical and juridical persons.
Since 1993-1998 the firm dealt with selling alcoholic products in Russia, Ukraine and other CSI countries. The bulk of the alcoholic products sold in those countries achieved 900,000 USA $ in 1995.
In 1994 the firm built a commercial complex on a territory of 1.5 ha of land, where it granted services in selling agricultural, industrial and other products of great demand to the population. The commercial complex has the statute of a juridical person and is registered with the name “ANI ROADA GLIEI” with the juridical address: Chisinau, av. Mircea cel Batrin 25/1, where 25% of the statutory capital belongs to the “CODRUL” firm.
Since 1996-1998 the firm opened in the centre of Chisinau the restaurant “BUCURESTI” which worked in the catering trade.
In 1999 the firm brought a plot of land of 0,298 ha where it opened the “ARAMIS” bar in the base of which the “ALENIUS-APF” firm was founded with 100% statutory capital belonging to the “CODRUL” firm. Its juridical address is: Chisinau, str. M. Sadoveanu 18.
In 2000 the “TRANSPERCON” firm was founded with the type of activity: building services, where 100% of the statutory capital belonged to the “CODRUL” firm.
In 2002 the “CODRUL” firm became the official dealer of the “SONY” firm and opened
a firm shop “SONY” in Chisinau, av. Moscova 14/1 in the base of the “STILSON GRUP” firm with 100% statutory capital belonging also to the “CODRUL” firm.
The selling bulk for 2002 was 0,9 mil. USA $.
At the end of the year 2003 he “Margo”
shop was opened in Chisinau, av. Moscova 14/1, where a collection of women clothes of german mark - ESCADA - are sold.
All the above mentioned tell us about the stability and development of the “CODRUL” firm on the internal and on the external market of the Republic of Moldova.
During its activity the director of the “CODRUL” firm is Mr. Andrey Furculitsa,the businessman of the year 1999-2003 which is the main founder of the firm. |
